everywhere. Everyone want to be fit & fine every day in his or her life.
But which food we eat every day is just
do like poison. But by following the bellows tips you can definitely lose your

1 Dieting
Dieting is the most famous thing that
everyone does in his or her life, mostly
women’s percentage is high on this. In India there are so many gods, we have 7 days in a week. & everyday they
get chance to make fast on the name of god Like
on Monday is for Mahadev god, Tuesday is
for Ganpati, Thursday is for Sai baba,
Friday for Durga Mata, & Saturday is for Hanuman but there is also holiday
for fasting on Sunday
Walking : walking is the best way to lose your weight. every single person who want to lose their weight 50% people prefer walking in the morning, or in the evening. Some of them also try while going on their jobs and some of them do in different way, & it is very preferable and enjoyable that can be done by anyone.
1 Running : Running is the best exercise from all,
I prefer running because this is the very effective exercise which increase your strength gives
you more energy more activeness, makes you more faster in your life, to defeat
your competitor in life. This is one of my favourite exercise.
Yoga : Yoga is also the famous exercise people
are doing this from ancient time, it has the the ability to cure your diseases.
There are so many types of yoga for various purpose. this is very easy and very
less space consuming and very time saving exercise you can do this exercise anywhere.
Gym :
going gym is the great thing If you have the time to go gym then it is fantastic,
go to gym and do the regular exercise, it is very effective and fast weight
loosing exercise ever, so many people make six pack abs, cuts and so many
things, like you can do more of them.
In the gym you can do weight lifting, pull
ups, push ups, sit-ups, and so many things to do there this is really a good
type of exercise to weight loss.
Avoid oily food : we eat very oily food everyday
so it increases cholesterol in your body, and make bad effect on your face, on
your stomach, in your heart, it is very dengurus for these organs. You need to
stop eating outside foods, like samosa, vadapav, pates and all fast-food which
contain oil, it is very dengurus four
your body. So avoid oily food and stay fit

Drink more water : Drinking water is the best
thing for our body. Water is the life, we should drink 2 litter water minimum
in a day, to keep your body fit and fine, our body is 70% of water so to keep
it moisturize we need to drink water. Drinking water keeps your digestion good
and if digestion is good then it keeps so many diseases away.
