Dieting is the most famous thing that everyone does in his or her life, mostly  women’s percentage is high on this.  In India there are so many gods,  we have 7 days in a week. & everyday they get chance to make fast on the name of god Like on Monday is for  Mahadev god, Tuesday is for Ganpati, Thursday is for Sai baba, Friday for Durga Mata, & Saturday is for Hanuman but there is also holiday for  fasting on Sunday

        Gym :  going gym is the great thing If you have the time to go gym then it is fantastic, go to gym and do the regular exercise, it is very effective and fast weight loosing exercise ever, so many people make six pack abs, cuts and so many things, like you can do more of them.
In the gym you can do weight lifting, pull ups, push ups, sit-ups, and so many things to do there this is really a good type of exercise to weight loss.

        Avoid oily food : we eat very oily food everyday so it increases cholesterol in your body, and make bad effect on your face, on your stomach, in your heart, it is very dengurus for these organs. You need to stop eating outside foods, like samosa, vadapav, pates and all fast-food which contain oil, it is very  dengurus four your body. So avoid oily food and stay fit
